3. Social Media Platform Integration & Data Usage

PostNova allows users to connect third-party social media accounts. We access only the minimum data necessary to:

Authentication

Authenticate users securely.

Account Identifiers

Retrieve account identifiers for posting.

Content Publishing

Publish content on behalf of users.

Engagement Metrics

Retrieve engagement metrics (if enabled).

We do not sell, rent, or transfer social media account data to third parties. Access credentials and tokens are stored securely and used solely to provide publishing functionality.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

PostNova operates under a subscription model. Fees are billed according to the selected plan and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

PostNova may provide AI-assisted tools. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying generated content before publishing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XAIX LIMITED shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
