Data Deletion Policy

PostNova allows users to request deletion of their account and associated data at any time.

Effective: 20 February 2026

1. Account Deletion

Users may delete their account via dashboard settings or by emailing contact@xaix.uk.

Upon request, we permanently remove nearly all data associated with your account:

User profile, email, and name.

Connected social media account identifiers.

Stored access credentials and tokens.

Generated and stored content.

Note: Some data may be retained if legally required.

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

We may retain limited information where required by law, including financial transaction records.
